1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NP77 platform — whether through the website at np77.vu or through the NP77 Android application — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect as soon as you access the platform, regardless of whether you have completed registration.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and NP77. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. NP77 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and NP77.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the NP77 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. NP77 does not permit players under 21 to register or access any paid gaming features on the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registry or have a currently active self-exclusion request on NP77.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Philippine law.

NP77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, at withdrawal, and during routine KYC reviews. Providing false information regarding your age or identity to gain access to the platform constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3 Account Registration and KYC

Each user is permitted to hold only one NP77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person.

NP77 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account process. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, passport, or SSS ID — before large withdrawals are processed and as part of standard account verification. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and show all four corners of the ID. Submitting falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.

One-time passwords (OTP) may be required for login from new devices, password changes, and withdrawal requests. You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number active and accessible. NP77 will never ask for your password through any channel.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on the NP77 platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). NP77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency. Attempting to deposit using unsupported payment methods may result in funds being held pending investigation.

Supported deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, online banking via InstaPay and PESONet, and direct bank transfer. The full list of currently available payment options, along with minimum deposit amounts and processing times, is available on the Deposit page.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds is another person's account — are not permitted. NP77 reserves the right to return funds and suspend any account where third-party funding is detected.

NP77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues on the side of the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected processing window, contact NP77 support with your transaction reference before initiating a dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with your verified identity are not permitted.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC identity verification. Accounts with pending KYC documents may have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete. NP77 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Deposit page, but processing times may be affected by the volume of pending requests, additional verification requirements, or third-party payment processing delays.

NP77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal if there is reason to believe the account has been involved in fraudulent activity, terms abuse, or if the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to account history. Withdrawals that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be processed until those requirements have been fulfilled.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

NP77 offers a range of game categories including slot games, live casino, fish games, sports betting, and eBingo. Each game category operates under its own set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface or game lobby. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a wager.

All game outcomes on NP77 are determined by chance. No strategy, system, or pattern of play can guarantee a win or influence the result of any game. NP77 does not make any representation that any game will generate profit for the player over time. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, NP77 will attempt to resolve the situation fairly based on available game logs. If a game round cannot be completed due to a platform-side technical issue, any wager placed for that round will be returned to your account balance. NP77 is not responsible for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side, including poor internet connectivity, device failure, or browser crashes.

Bets already confirmed and accepted by the system are binding. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

NP77 runs promotional offers for registered players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit conditions — are stated alongside the offer on the Promotions page when the offer is active.

NP77 does not publish fixed bonus percentages, guaranteed cashback amounts, or permanent deposit match figures on general content pages because these details are subject to change. The Promotions page always reflects the current, accurate terms for any live offer.

Claiming a promotional offer is voluntary. If you accept a bonus, the wagering conditions attached to that bonus apply to your account until the requirement is met or the bonus expires. Withdrawals made while a wagering requirement is still active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

NP77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for individual recreational players. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other users, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

8 Responsible Gaming

NP77 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Online gaming is entertainment — it is not a guaranteed source of income, and every game outcome is determined by chance. Players are encouraged to set personal limits on how much time and money they spend on the platform.

NP77 provides deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options to all registered players. These tools are accessible through your account settings and through the Responsible Gaming page. If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming difficult to control, we encourage you to use these tools or seek support from a qualified counsellor.

Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and will be actioned promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, NP77 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded account from accessing the platform. During a self-exclusion period, promotional communications will also be suspended for the affected account.

Players must be 21 years of age or older to use NP77. If you are concerned about a minor accessing the platform, please use device-level parental controls and ensure that your account credentials are kept private.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

NP77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to access the platform while under 21 years of age
• Operating multiple accounts linked to the same individual
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical errors
• Abusing promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play
• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held will be preserved during the review period. If the investigation confirms a material breach of these terms, NP77 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned and the account reinstated or closed at the player's request.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting NP77 support. Pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, subject to standard verification requirements.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the NP77 platform — including the NP77 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of NP77 or its content licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any NP77 content without prior written permission.

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the platform, or to use automated tools to interact with the platform in any way.

11 Limitation of Liability

NP77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While NP77 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NP77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from game results, payment processing delays, or technical errors not caused by NP77's gross negligence.

NP77 is not responsible for any financial decisions you make in connection with your use of the platform. Gaming involves risk, and you accept full responsibility for the financial consequences of your wagering activity on NP77.

12 Privacy and Data

NP77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on NP77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

NP77 applies SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account credentials, KYC documents, and payment information are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or for the purpose of processing your transactions through verified payment providers.

13 Changes to These Terms

NP77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the NP77 platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
